This grade is developed as substitute product according to customer’s demand that is used to produce High strength heat-resistant bolts. Because this grade is used in bad working condition, it shall be with peak load and high quality.
Considering high alloy content and narrow range of chemical content with this grade, the technical staff of steel making mill make a full discussion with technical center about raw material condition, deoxidization method, chemical content tontrol and other details.They also provide whole-process trace and guidance so that win a successful trial production with satisfactory chemical content and favoring casting cycle. Meanwhile, they have discussed some problems need to be paid more special attention which accumulate experience for technology improvement.
